There’s so much hope and new life in Spring which is exactly what I need, I don’t know about you?!  Our son’s recovery from surgery has been up and down and we’re ready for some consistent relief and normalcy in our world.  And rhubarb, and peas… lots and lots of fresh spring flavors. These tastes are reminders of hope and health for me this month.  Hope your month is filled with fresh foods and thoughts!
