nuts – walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts most often
seeds – flax seed, hemp seed or chia seeds
peanut butter or almond butter
steamed milk or almond milk
hazelnuts, dates and maple syrup
jam and coconut flakes
almond milk, dried apricots and almonds
peanut butter, honey and banana
