Warning, these Melon Coolers are too easy to make, too refreshing, and too easy to drink! After creating them I wanted them all day, every day.
For these I used a canary melon but you can use honeydew also. And just 2 more ingredients, limeade and mint, then you’re done. Blend right up and serve over ice! Too easy, right?! Well you could make your own limeade if you want a little more challenge.
We brought a little pitcher of this over to a friends house for game night. My girl friends all spiked it with different liquors to find out which combo was the best but I think it just came down to preference. They tried vodka, rum, and gin. I was still pregnant at the time so I chose the pure version but I think the gin would be my pick on a different day.
The mint, especially the garnish, is essential to the drink. OR so my toddler will tell you that. His little hands picked the mint leaves for this and garnished all of the drinks, all the while munching on a few leaves himself. He really loves mint, like LOVES it!
What are you drinking this summer? What’s keeping you cool and refreshed?! I love new drink ideas!

These sound so refreshing! I’ve been finding some great honeydew melons at sprouts lately!
That’s good to know! Sometimes I forget about Sprouts. I go to too many grocery stores!!
