This month there are so many bright and fresh recipes being posted all over the web. I feel inspired. Maybe I’ll throw a garden party just so I can serve this punch. Hopefully I’ll score some beautifully ripe artichokes so I can try out this scrumptious salad. I may bake instead of fry my falafel for the first time, and I know I’ll be having some of this pasta for an easy weeknight meal. And when my rhubarb plant ripens, jam is in the making! Soo so much to enjoy. I truely hope you’re enjoying Spring as well!
