January Seasonal Produce Guide

Written by Becky

Happy New Year dear friends! Now is the perfect time to make new commitments to eating fresh and seasonal. Over the last few years of doing so myself, I personally have found it to be not only rewarding to my health but also inspiring  to use some more unfamiliar ingredients as I cook.  There are some truly inventive and tasty recipes out there which include these fresh, seasonal ingredients and I hope to be a great resource to you for these!

For those of you who are new to my monthly Seasonal Guides, the image above is to save to your desktop as a reminder of what ingredients are fresh this month and the bottom image is to save to your phone as a sort of eye candy reminder. If you’re just starting the #EatSeasonal challenge set some easily attainable goals for yourself this month like using one ingredient you haven’t cooked with before or make one seasonal recipe this month.  I look forward to hearing back from you, what new things you try in 2016! Happy Seasonal Eating this year!!

Just as a little reminder and for those of you who may be finding this guide for the first time.  The above image is to be saved on your desktop as a reminder of what produce is in season. Fresh is always best to cook with.  And the below image is for your phone. It’s kinda fun to change up the image on your phone every month (at least I think so ;))
