Seasonal Produce Guide for November

Written by Becky

It’s raining leaves outside our house as I write this. It’s my absolute favorite time of year. When someone asked what I’m most excited about for this season, I easily replied – Thanksgiving. It’s my favorite holiday. We gather close friends around our table and share a big feast, no distractions, just relationships and good food. If I get to cook with one of my girl friends it’s even better and there’s always good drinks and abundant desserts. What’s not to like about this season?!  And there’s plentiful squash (one of my favorite vegetables!) and side dishes galore (I could survive off Thanksgiving side dishes alone!).

What are you most excited about for this season?!

This month for #eatseasonal we’re changing things up a little. We’re hosting a big online Holiday potluck on November 10th so look out for all of the elements of the holiday meal from the list of bloggers below.  We will have your full table spread covered! And one new addition to our eat seasonal family – welcome Erin from The Law Student’s Wife. She focuses on lighter twists of comfort food favorites. Definitely check out her blog if you’re not already following her.  She’s awesome!

Don’t forget to check back on the 10th for the full Thanksgiving Feast provided by these great blogs below:
