Rosé Boozy Popcicles

These cool Rosé popsicles are the perfect Summer party treat.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rosé wine
  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1.5 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup, or honey
equipment
  • 8-10 popsicle molds
  • funnel

Method
 

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Use a funnel to pour the cool mixture into popsicle molds. 
  3. Freeze for 6 hours. (If you have less time to freeze a slushy Rosépopsicle is pretty awesome too!)
