Method
- Using a biscuit cutter, cookie cutter or just the top of a glass, cut a hole in the middle of your slice of bread. Butter or oil a pan and turn heat to medium. Add the toast to the pan and crack the egg into the center.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Spread your condiment of choice onto the bread and enjoy!
