Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk*
  • 1-2 small raw beets
  • 3/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups kale, loosely packed, stems removed and leaves chopped

Method
 

  1. Pour the milk into the blender. Peel the beet, cut into thin slices, and add it to the blender.
  2. Add the cherries, strawberries, and kale. Blend until smooth.

Notes

for a vegan and dairy free version use coconut or almond milk.
