fresh Thai basil leaves,
packed

tablespoons
dry-roasted peanuts

tablespoon
sugar
1 1/2
tablespoons
dark sesame oil

tablespoon
fish sauce

tablespoon
rice wine vinegar

teaspoon
crushed red pepper

garlic cloves
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Spoon into small ziplock bags and freeze until ready to use. Or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
