Beet Cherry Berry Smoothie
A bright and refreshing veggie and fruit smoothie packed with nutrients, perfect for breakfast or lunch.
Dairy Free, vegan
8 ounce servings
small raw beets
loosely packed, stems removed and leaves chopped
Pour the milk into the blender. Peel the beet, cut into thin slices, and add it to the blender.
Add the cherries, strawberries, and kale. Blend until smooth.
for a vegan and dairy free version use coconut or almond milk.
