Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk*
  • 1-2 small raw beets
  • 3/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups kale, loosely packed, stems removed and leaves chopped

Instructions

  • Pour the milk into the blender. Peel the beet, cut into thin slices, and add it to the blender.
  • Add the cherries, strawberries, and kale. Blend until smooth.

Notes

for a vegan and dairy free version use coconut or almond milk.
