Utah brings a new meaning to the word Sidecar. Our interesting liquor laws prohibit bartenders from serving a double dosage of alchol in a drink or cocktail. To circumvent this law friendly drinkers came up with a 'sidecar,' or separate shot, that may be ordered along with a mixed drink.
