Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits

Written by Becky
After my trip to San Francisco and a visit to the Frog Hollow Farm Cafe, I was inspired to eat more yogurt and fresh fruit. I’ve made several of these parfaits recently and can’t seem to have enough. Maybe its the summer heat or the sweetness of the fruit’s season. Plus, they are simple to make. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert, these parfaits are a great summer treat.

(parfait from Frog Hollow Farm Cafe in San Francisco)

I had the idea of putting preserves on my yogurt after have a yogurt cup at Gourmandise Bakery in downtown Salt Lake City. They top their fresh made yogurt with raspberry jam then fruit and toasted almonds. Their yogurt cups are amazing if you want to buy one locally instead of making one at home.
