Easter Donut Muffins

Written by Becky

Special holidays always require a special breakfast in our home.  And these Raspberry Donut Muffins perfectly fit the bill for Easter.  You can also make them with other fruits in the icing to come up with a variety of Easter egg-like colors.  And the best part – you don’t need a donut pan to make them.  Though they taste like donuts they are cooked in a muffin pan.

This Easter we’ll be celebrating with our church family and the whole neighborhood.  We are blocking off the streets near our church and having a festival with food trucks, face painting, and all kinds of games.  Plus a long 200+ person table lining the street.  We figure there’s no better reason to celebrate than because of Jesus’ resurrection.  It’s too wild not to jump up and down about!

If you’re in Salt Lake, come join the fun!  Here’s more info on the Easter Celebrations with Missio Dei Community.
