Spring looks like it may be coming early in Utah! We’ve been talking long walks in the park and spotting green sprouts in the garden. I don’t know about you but I ate well in February! I tried this peanut sesame slaw, these brussels sprouts, this carrot soup and lots of fresh comforting foods!
