Hi friends!  I really can’t believe it’s April already!  Spring is always an exciting time of change.  And this year the change is even more meaningful… as our … our daffodils are blooming the most vibrant yellow colors and the weather is warming up and snow is melting, it also means that we’re only one month away from meeting our baby boy!

As we count down the weeks in anticipation, I’ll try to keep my focus by continuing to blog and make tasty seasonal meals.  This month’s produce list is getting slightly longer with more greens readily available, more types of spring onions, and a continual supply of citrus fruits.  Here are some recipes to guide your eating this month! Please feel free to add a seasonal recipe link in the comments section!

  1. I always love these seasonal produce lists! They are so inspiring and the photography you pair them with is always beautiful. Seasonal produce is always the best and most flavorful option! thanks for putting these together.

    • Lindsey, great to hear that you’re enjoying them. They’re a great reminder for me too!! Please come back to the blog and share what you made this month using seasonal produce! I’d love to hear!

  2. Always look forward to this post. And I am all about the radishes right now!

Can’t wait for the boy to make an appearance! You will be the cutest mom ever.

  3. Oh how I love these spring foods! And they must be even more special to you knowing that the big day is so close! I’ll be thinking of you this month, as I know the final stretch can be tough (especially if you’re as impatient as I am). Cheers!

  4. Finally got my desktop de-cluttered so I can enjoy your screen-savers more! I love scallions! It’s how I get “non-onion” eaters to add more flavor to their foods. Wishing you well this last month! Yay he’s almost here!
