Upcoming Vintage Mixer :: Beyond Gelato - Gourmet Fall Cooking w/ Dolcetti Gelato


We are excited to announce our next cooking class with one of Utah’s only authentic, artisan gelato creators: Dolcetti Gelato. On October 5th a gathering of people will discover multiple ways to use gelato in savory and sweet dishes. The menu is amazing, and we’d love for you all to experience it with us! Hurry, though, space and time is limited.

the menu: 
fall soups-  gazpacho with avocado gelato & cantaloupe soup with mint syrup and lemon sorbetto
fall salads-  avocado, cantaloupe, heirloom cherry tomatoes, honey lime dressing, and cilantro lime sorbetto & fruit salad with pear cardamom gelato 
quick fall desserts-  affogato, gelato with sea salt and olive oils, gelato with balsamic vinegar and strawberries, & san peligrino with sorbettos
authentic Italian fall desserts- pavlova with saffron custard (plated with lemon verbena gelato and strawberry sauce), strawberry pistachio gelato cake, gelato sandwiches (macaroons with mangoes and sticky rice gelato and ginger cookies with peach gelato), & profiteroles (nutella with hazelnut gelato and pumpkin gelato with run raisin sauce)
