I’m so excited to tell you that the next Vintage Mixer event is open to the public. Our first two events were by invite only, which you can read about here and here, but for this event we are opening the doors to the first 25 people to sign up for this special gathering. On August 13th at a remote location in the Avenues, two of my favorite Utah culinary extraorindaires, Raw Melissa and Jen from Delightful Delicacies, will be enlightening a lucky group of folks on the subject of wholesome summer grilling using fresh produce from Jacob’s Cove Farm. Here’s the scoop:
A Summer Grilling Class

grilled corn in the husk

summer melon and grilled pineapple salad
cashew vanilla ice cream with strawberry tomato dessert sauce
