When you think of homemade Christmas gifts, you might get a warm fuzzy feeling knowing someone especially made that gift just for you OR you might be a bit disappointed if you were hoping for something different. I find homemade food gifts rarely disappoint
This year, Josh and I are hoping to simplify things things Christmas. We still want to give gifts but hope to not get into a craze over what the perfect gift is for every individual in our family. I tend to want to please everyone so much with their gifts that the Christmas season can be stressful and overwhelming.
My hope is to give gifts with love that can be happily consumed and not add to someones clutter or un-wanted pile of gifts. Here are a few things I’m thinking of making.
Homemade Hot Cocoa
Homemade Kahlua (great to give along with hot cocoa)
Christmas Cut-Out Sugar Cookies
Homemade Lemon Curd
Homemade Cake Truffles
Lemon Honey Drop Cookies
Homemade Madeleines (great for coffee dipping)
Maple Wanut Spice Cookies
Macaroon Chocolate Tartlets
Fresh Fruit Tartlets
Salted Fudge Brownies
New York Times Chocolate Chip Cookies
