If you ever get a chance to visit this cute mountain town, here are some restaurants and shops I highly recommend:
The Hearthstone- upscale dining in a beautiful historic home
Clint’s Bakery- great sandwiches and sweets, must try their carrot cake, blueberry buckle and their veggie wrap
Columbine Cafe- breakfast and brunch on Main Street with a great patio and pancakes the size of your head
Relish- upscale dining near the river on Main Street with a beautiful patio view and excellent food, must try their sangria and their salted carmel gelato dessert
Modis- hip dining on Main Street with a fun atmosphere
Crepes a la Carte- crepe stand on Main Street with lunch, dinner and of course dessert crepes. Much more than just nutella in a thin pancake!
Breckenridge Spice Merchants- for the foodies who visit Breck, this is a great place to find exotic spices, spice blends, and unusual teas.
A few of my favorites from the trip:
Favorite sweet treats: Blueberry Buckle from Clint’s Bakery and Salted Caramel Ice Cream from Relish
Favorite Meal: Mahi Mahi over purple rice with a sweet coconut sauce at Relish
Best past-time: Biking from Breckenridge to Frisco
Funny Memory: My neice licking the table at a fine dining restaurant

oh, i so would have gone out to meet you! what a fun trip…breck is such a fun town!
I haven't been to Breckenridge in years. What a fun vacation. The photo of your niece is priceless. So fun to see you at Cristie's last week.
Completely agree about Clint's carrot cake – it is the best I've had. Next time you're in town you'll have to try Empire Burger (try a buffalo burger) and Michael's Italian Restaurant – those are two of my absolute favorites!
Becky! relish is one of my favorites! and columbine cafe is one of our favorites for breakfast! There is a bar/restaurant called Briar Rose..they have amazing mac and cheese!
i am so glad you got a chance to enjoy your niece. what a delicious vacation! the buckles make my mouth water…
Looks like a fun place to visit!
How wonderful to spend time with family. I haven't been to Breckenridge. It looks gorgeous.
